1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the CallAgentIQ platform and services provided by CallAgentIQ Ltd ("CallAgentIQ", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

CallAgentIQ provides AI-powered sales agent solutions including but not limited to: custom AI agent development, training and deployment, CRM and tool integrations, multi-channel communication (web chat, SMS, WhatsApp), and analytics dashboards.

3. Subscription Plans

Our services are offered through monthly subscription plans:

  • Starter (£199/mo): 1 AI Agent, Web Chat, Lead Capture, Basic Analytics
  • Growth (£499/mo): 3 AI Agents, CRM Integration, Calendar Booking, SMS/WhatsApp
  • Scale (£997/mo): Unlimited Agents, Custom Workflows, Voice Agents, API Access

A one-time setup fee applies to all plans. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4. Free Trial

All plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to your selected plan's features. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without obligation.

5. Cancellation

All subscriptions are on monthly rolling contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information for AI agent training
  • Ensure your use of AI agents complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Not use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models or proprietary technology

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content and data you provide to us. We retain ownership of our platform, AI models, and proprietary technology. The custom AI agents we build for you are licensed for your use during your active subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallAgentIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
